Mini Peanut Butter Cupcakes
Whenever there are holidays, our family goes on trips. They might be day trips, decided at the last minute, but we really love them. Yesterday we took a trip to Dupnitsa and Rila Park, which is there—a lovely, well-maintained place. Then we stopped by the waterfall near Ovcharci, and we ended up getting home late. I had very few ingredients left, and I was too lazy to go out and get more, so I made these quick cupcakes. If you have a small donut pan, you can use that too—small muffin tins work great as well.
