Here’s another very easy—and very delicious—low-carb dessert. I’m sure you tried this with apricot compote at some point in your childhood. Now we’re going to make it without sugar, and I guarantee you’ll forget all about that memory ;). I used cherries, but you can easily make it with any other small berries. The key is, if they’re frozen, don’t forget to let them thaw first so they release their liquid. If you skip this step, the batter will become too wet and may not bake properly.
